Fun bit of Information
A seal can hide from a pod of killer whales (Orcas) hunting it by jumping on land or an ice shelf because orcas cannot go on land. A Worca on the other hand can waddle across land leaving seals no place to hide.
Physical description
An orca (killer whale) with the flippers and tusks of a walrus.
Imagine a massive marine mammal with the sleek, streamlined body of an orca, adorned with the unmistakable black and white coloration and graceful flippers. However, instead of a dorsal fin, the Worca boasts the impressive tusks of a walrus, curving upwards from its powerful, bulbous head. These elongated ivory tusks evoke a sense of awe, making the Worca an instantly recognizable and iconic creature.
It varies in weight with Male averaging 3,628 to 5,442 kg and Females Averages 1,361 to 3,628 kg making them potentially 77 times bigger than the average adult human.
Comboanimal Information
The Worca embodies the intelligence and playfulness of the orca, combined with the inquisitive nature of the walrus. They are extremely social creatures hanging out in packs. When on land they lay on ice shelfs sunbathing together and when underwater they hunt together.
In water they display a remarkable ability to navigate both the icy depths of the Arctic and the open ocean with ease, utilizing its powerful tail for propulsion and its flippers for precise maneuvering. It can also traverse on land by waddling like a walrus does.
With a curious and adventurous spirit, the Worca frequently engages in acrobatic displays, breaching and leaping out of the water, delighting all who are fortunate enough to witness its awe-inspiring performances.
Like an orca it hunts and consumes fish, including salmon, herring, and even larger prey like seals and sea lions. Orcas are excellent swimmers and seals are usually only able to evade orcas by jumping out of the water and laying on land or an ice shelf. The worca with its flippers can waddle on land and give chase to beached seals.
On land Worcas generally bathe in the sunlight and rest. They become aggressive during mating season where males will have terrifying fights using their tusks.
This comboanimal gracefully navigates the vast expanse of icy seas such as the Artic Ocean. These Arctic regions provide the perfect balance of shelter and abundant food sources. The floating icebergs and expansive glaciers provide places to rest and bask in the sunlight. The bountiful depth of water underneath provides a vast area to hunt and source food.
It has no natural predators, a pack of orcas will leave a solo worca alone because the worca tusks could injure an orca in a fight.
Ratings Reasoning
High deadly rating when considering its shear size and apex predator hunting habits.
